War is a 50 vs 50 PVP event that allows Companies to fight for control of Territories. Wars are a type of Conflict, and the schedule for them appears in the ConflictConflicts tab on your Map.

Players who want to participate in a war can sign by going to that territory's War BoardWarboard icon in town. It will be next to the town hall. You can also sign up remotely by selecting the territory from your map and scrolling down til you see the sign up button.

Companies initiate war by participating in an Influence Race and Declaring War.

Influence Race[]

Influence race

Influence Races are a scheduled open world PVP events with rewards for all participants. Any player who belongs to a Faction can participate. There are be 3 Influence Races daily. Each will be in a different territory. They last 45 minutes.

Factions fight over the territory's Fort and 3 additional Influence Towers/Watches. The ground will glow the color of the controlling Faction. The goal is to kill all players of other factions at the Watch/Fort and hold it in your color as long as possible. To join, simply show up to the territory that has the active Influence Race, flag for PvP, and compete. Flagged Players can also complete PVP Missions from the Settlement Faction Representative to earn their team points during the Influence Race.

If an attacking Faction earns the most Influence before the race ends, they’ll receive bonus rewards, plus the opportunity to declare War. If the defending Faction prevents the attackers from scoring enough Influence within the time limit, they’ll earn bonus rewards for both the Influence Race and the upcoming War. Regardless of who wins, the attacking Faction with the most influence can Declare War.

Declaring War[]

Declare war button appears

For an attacking Company to be able to declare war, they must have at least 25 members and their Faction must first build up enough Influence during an influence race.[1] Companies who have contributed a minimum of 10% towards the state of conflict are able to access the Declare War button.[2][3] In the unlikely event that no Company contributes over 10%, any Company will be eligible to declare War.

After the race is over, Companies who participated and are able to Declare War will see a Declare War button on their map for a set amount of time [16 minutes?]. Only a Company's Governor and/or Consul can declare war, so only they will see this button.

Once you hit the Declare War button, you will be shown the Siege Window showing what time the war will take place. You cannot change this time, only confirm that you want to proceed. This gives Companies who have another War or Invasion at the same time the option to not declare war as it may spread Company personnel and resources thin.

War Bidding

Once you confirm the Siege Window, you are taken to a War Bid window. It will ask you to commit the Company's money to paying for defenses by outfitting the War Camp. There are 3 options:

  • Tier 1: 6 siege-weapon limit, normal supply rate. Costs 7,500.00 Coin
  • Tier 2: 8 siege-weapon limit, high supply rate. Costs 10,000.00 Coin
  • Tier 3: 10 siege-weapon limit, highest supply rate. Costs 15,500.00 Coin

The more your company bids the higher chance you have to be randomly selected to be the Governing company for that specific War. You can select to have the money taken out of the Company Wallet or your Personal Wallet. The Coin spent to declare war will be refunded if your company is not selected.

War Roster[]

War Rostering is carried out by the Governor or Consul (or those they designate) of the attacking and defending Companies.

The Governor of the Vanguard may select members of that company to participate in 50v50 combat. If there are insufficient numbers in a Company to fill out the ranks of the Vanguard, the Governor may choose from anyone in the Faction, or from volunteers from the third Faction.

The Battle[]

Overtaking the Fort[]

Defending the fort

Defending the Fort

The battle is won by either successfully capturing or defending the Territory Fort. The attacking Faction must breach the Gates of the Fort to capture the defending Faction's Claim over the Territory. For the Gates to be breached, three Rally Points in front of the Gates must be captured. Once the attacking Faction captures a Rally Point it cannot be re-captured by the defending Faction. Captured Rally Points are designated by the attacking Faction to serve as respawn points or as access to the Armory.

Weapons of War[]

Attacking[]

Members of the attacking Faction are awarded Battle Tokens that can be spent at the War Camp's Armory. These Battle Tokens can be used to acquire Siege Platforms to aid in their attack.

Siege Platforms[]

Defending[]

Defenders can build Siege Weapons along the Fort Walls. The strength of the Siege Weapons is determined by Upgrades earned by completing Town Projects.

Siege Weapons[]

Siege Generators[]

Siege Generators generate resources for the defending Faction which can be used to repair Gates, Armories, Supply Generators, and Siege Weapons.

Traps[]

Both attacking and defending Factions have access to an arsenal of Traps to be used during Battle.
