The Loom is the station within Settlements where cloth materials are crafted. It is denoted on the map as a loom.

Material Conversions[]
In the Loom Station, you can convert Refining Materials into other Refining Materials of the same tier with minimal loss using the appropriate Material Converter.
For instance, you can craft 15x Crossweave using 1x Common Material Converter and 20x of any other Tier 3 Refining Materials (Tannin, Weak Solvent, Coarse Sandpaper, or Sand Flux).
NOTE: You must use 20 of the same resource. So, for example, you could use 20x Tannin. You wouldn't be able to use 10x Tannin and 10x Weak Solvent.
Downgrade[]
You can also Downgrade higher tier items into lower tier items.
