Life Staff
Life Staffs are a type of weapon in New World. Life Staffs damage scales with focus. Life Staffs have two skill trees, Healing and Protector. Life Staffs are a primarily support weapon.

Strengths[]
- Life Staff, with its strong heals and protective abilities, gives players important sustainability during the more challenging boss fights and minimizes downtime between fights.
- Since Nature damage is not commonly built to be resisted, the Life Staff can often do close to full damage to even tanks (high CON players) in PVP.
Weaknesses[]
- The Life Staff only has access to two active abilities that do damage (Beacon and Orb of Protection) which can lead to the weapon feeling quite weak in solo gameplay.
- The Life Staff has a rather low overall damage compared to other weapons of the same level.
Mastery[]

Life Staffs have two masteries: Healing and Protector.
Healing contains three active abilities, all centered around healing actively.
Protector contains three active abilities, including the two damage dealing ones, and is focused around buffing while still doing healing. It contains Light's Blessing, a healing skill that scales directly with how many buffs the target has at that moment(30% per additional buff on to of a 100% weapon damage baseline)
