Hotspot 15 is a Broad Fishing Hotspot found in Weaver's Fen, unlocked at Fishing level 30.

This hotspot can be found by running east of the settlement, veering north to go around the large river, unless you'd like to take a long swim. Then, cross the bridge at the northern edge of The Mud Bar and walk south to the hotspot.
