Apparel is an Equipment type in New World.
There are nine categories of Apparel in New World: Head Armor, Chest Armor, Hands Armor, Legs Armor, Foot Armor, Amulets, Rings, Earrings, and Bags. Characters can equip only one of each Apparel type with the exception of Bags - at level 45, you can equip up to 3 Bags.
Armor[]
Armor is worn on the main body of the character, and can be seen in game. It can be Light, Medium, or Heavy.

Trinkets[]
Trinkets are jewelry and they can not be visually seen in game, but trinkets offer many unique perks not available on other equipment.
Storage[]
Satchels, or bags, are unlocked at levels 10, 30 and 45 respectively. These will increase a player's encumbrance and they also offer unique perks only available on bags.
